Who’s heading to the first Baldock Oktoberfest?

Baldock will host its first Oktoberfest next month, which will bring German lager and Oompah bands while raising money for the town’s organisations.
The event is brought to the town by the organisers of popular Baldock Beer Festival, and is already a smash hit as there is now limited availability on Saturday night tickets.
Oktoberfest will be split into three sessions, Friday night, Saturday daytime and Saturday night.
The Munich Maestos will be hitting the stage to entertain crowds as they enjoy specially-made beer and wine at all three drinking sessions, with a traditional set and a sing along party session.
The Baldock Beer Festival Charitable Trust, which is running the new event, will donate money raised to organisations which benefit the town and surrounding areas.
In the past, funds made from the Baldock Beer Festival have been donated to Brandles School, Baldock Hockey Club and the Merry Go Round Pre-School and Nursery.
The festival will be held at Brandles School on Friday and Saturday, October 26 and 27.
